Learn Coping Cat from the people who developed it
CBT4CBT: Computer-Based Training in CBT for Anxiety in Youth includes 13 modules on implementing Coping Cat and Camp Cope-A-Lot, developed and tested by Dr. Philip C. Kendall and Dr. Muniya Khanna, completed at your own pace.
Each module gives the rationale for a part of the Coping Cat treatment and step-by-step guidance for running the session, with filmed role-plays of therapy with anxious children. Coping Cat is the treatment used in the Child/Adolescent Anxiety Multimodal Study (CAMS), the largest NIH-funded trial of treatment for childhood anxiety, published in the New England Journal of Medicine.
Session-by-session guidance for the full treatment.
Work through it on your own schedule.
